I'm Natalie, a team member well-versed in design strategy.

A San Francisco native and UC Berkeley alumnus, I've always been drawn to how thoughtful technologies can solve problems in ambiguous spaces. As a designer, I bring product thinking and an eye for detail to digital products and systems. As a team member, I bring initiative and a collaborative spirit to all of my work.

Having led and contributed to design efforts across both startup and enterprise teams, I approach every project as part of a larger system—building toward a clear design vision while ensuring each decision supports the bigger picture. I collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to stay aligned and make sure impactful ideas are carried through to implementation. Above all, I’m always looking for ways to grow, challenge assumptions, and refine my craft.

Team lead for Sunrun's suite of customer-facing digital products including native mobile and web apps for system monitoring, site surveys, project approvals, and e-commerce.
Product Designer | Sunrun, 2018 - 2022
Over four years, I touched nearly every digital product at Sunrun. Key work included:

Simultaneously contributed info visualization components and standards to Sunrun's emerging design system.
  • Designing new functionality and improvements for internal Sales Platform to support pipeline visibility and sales talk tracks, also building a repository of user insights on solar consultants from cycles of shadowing, iterative prototyping, and testing.
  • Redesigning a consultant-led, customer-facing solar and storage configuration experience to streamline consultation flows and improve customer value realization.
  • Launching Sunrun's e-commerce pilot with self-checkout for battery retrofits, laying UX and UI design groundwork for future customer acquisition channels.
  • Leading design for flagship partnership with Ford, leveraging F-150 Lightning charger installations to convert electric vehicle customers via home electrification services.
